The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaker’s Reserve offers a knock-out nose of smoked herbs, black currants, and toasty oak. It is medium to full-bodied, with terrific fruit purity, outstanding richness, and a deep, nicely-layered texture. The wine’s low acidity and plump, fleshy style suggest drinking now.
