Deep purple-black in color, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a little
closed at this youthful stage, giving notions of black and red
cherries, black plums and blackcurrants plus wafts of mossy bark
and spice box. Medium-bodied, it has a good amount of
uncomplicated flavors in the mouth, framed by rounded tannins
and finishing spicy.
