Description

Pepper, earthy, and oregano on the nose. BIG chocolate on first sips, medium tannins. No big fruit – more dried fruit dates/prunes/figs.

Halfway through the bottle we both got stewed or sun dried tomatoes on the nose. Not a bad thing – more of a subset of “earthy.”

Would like to try this with marinara or pizza.
