Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Terra Valentine opens with a fragrant cranberry and cedar bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slight acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red currant with notes of oak and a hint of red plum and craisin. The finish features dusty dry tannins that are rather sticky. I would decant this Cab and serve it with savory slow cooked beef brisket. Enjoy – Ken
