Quite simply a stunning, small production wine that is made in the most thoughtful manner that any white Burgundy lover or chardonnay enthusiast must try. Aged approximately 14 months in French oak on the fine lees with a late malolactic fermentation. Aromas are intense showing a wine array of fruit, mineral and oak notes with a mix of apples, including fresh green apple, yellow apple and baked apple meld with notes of lemon zest butterscotch, baking spices, white flowers, sea spray, chalky minerals and linden notes.?
