Kalys is an assemblage of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, straight from the Minervois. A tough, round wine, full of black fruit aromas and enhanced with leather notes. Soft tannins strengthen its character. This powerful but precise wine is to be tasted alongside a grilled meat or a dish in sauce.
