Leatherwood

Schramm’s Leatherwood is made with Tasmanian Leatherwood honey, the most distinct and, unfortunately, expensive honey that we use. It is intensely floral – the aromatics that greet you when opening a bottle is a similar sensory experience to walking into a florist’s shop. From the Eucalyptus family, one can detect notes of menthol, golden syrup, summer meadow, and currant leaf.
