100% Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon | 89 Cases Produced | Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County
The 2nd leaf fruit from the Jersey Boys vineyard looked so good early in the season that we pruned to one cluster per shoot. We harvested robust clusters of sweet, delicious fruit in late September. The 2010 Jersey Boys Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has been aging gracefully in bottle since June 2012. This fabulous first vintage from a spectacular vineyard has wonderful aromatics, tons of red and dark red fruit and a delicate palate with a long finish.
